The candidate will receive complete training on Zoho HRMS implementations before working on live projects.
Assist in day-to-day HR activities including attendance, onboarding, documentation, and employee communication.
Maintain HR records and support routine HR queries.
Coordinate with departments for HR-related tasks and follow-ups.
Support payroll preparation through data collection and verification.
Learn and understand the structure, features, and modules of:
Zoho People (HRMS)
Zoho Payroll
Zoho Recruit
Support the implementation team in configuring HR modules based on client requirements.
Assist in data migration, testing, and user setup during implementation.
Work closely with the project manager and implementation team to complete client projects on time.
Communicate with clients to understand their HR workflows and assist in mapping them to Zoho solutions.
Prepare project documentation, process flows, and status reports.
Coordinate internal meetings, follow up on tasks, and ensure smooth end-to-end project execution.
Assist clients during onboarding and implementation phases.
Help resolve basic queries related to HR operations or Zoho tools.
Provide post-implementation support under the guidance of senior team members
Bachelorâs degree (BBA/MBA in HR or related field preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR processes (recruitment, payroll, attendance).
Interest in HR technology and HRMS platforms.
Ability to manage tasks, follow timelines, and coordinate with teams.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Eagerness to learn new tools (Zoho HR Suite).
Comprehensive training on Zoho People, Zoho Payroll & Zoho Recruit.
