Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of human resource information systems (HRIS) associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information for Human Resource department planning and activities. Maintains internal database files and tables and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of Human Resource management and staff. Works with Human Resources personnel to evaluate HRIS software and hardware needs and may design new or modify existing HRIS to meet changing demands. Often works with payroll and its personnel to coordinate retrieval and reporting functions. May serve as HR department liaison to MIS/IT function.
As a senior professional in the HRIS field, the HRIS Analyst uses HR functional and system knowledge in building solutions to meet business requirements and resolve critical HR system issues. The HRIS team is responsible for all global HR systems associated with the automation, collection, accessibility, and usage of employee information. Works with the SAP/SuccessFactors Cloud and other Cloud Solutions (such as WorkHuman, Glint, Cornerstone etc.) to meet the requirements of Human Resource management and Lam business units. Works with Global Human Resources personnel and GIS Applications team to evaluate HRIS software needs and may design new or modify existing HR systems to meet changing demands. Serves as HR department liaison to GIS function and other BU’s across Lam that have dependencies on HR Data.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
