Job Description:
Responsibilities
• Monitor and manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle for off-roll employees from recruitment and onboarding to exit.
• Lead communication campaigns on Offroll HR policies and ensure 100% governance and adherence to off-roll statutory compliances.
• Drive efficiency in HR operations and last-mile delivery across employee lifecycle and self-service matters such as claims and exit clearances.
• Ensure timely redressal of queries and grievances.
• Ensure robust HR processes and systems including monthly database accuracy and organization structure management.
• Ensure on-time and quality hiring from all approved sourcing channels.
• Act as a Business Partner for the Region by designing and implementing people initiatives aligned to business needs.
