Our team helps bridge the relationship between leadership and employees at PwC through Human Resources solutions. You’ll handle issues on operation management, strategic partnership, employee relations and emergency responding.

As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Job Description

  • Event & Activity Management – Plan & execute employee engagement, theme days, festivals , contests and wellness initiatives.  
  • Recognition & Rewards – Implement recognition programs to show appreciation for hard work & boost retention.  
  • Internal communication – Develop content (posters, teasers, mailers) to promote events & company initiatives.  
  • Culture building – Foster a positive work environment , support team building and act as a liaison between employees & management.  
  • Experience in handling the millennial workforce in BPO sector.  
  • Experienced in deploying innovative strategies and creative solution to solve business problems
  • Previous experience in HR or employee engagement in BPO sector, preferable from Health industry
  • ood Grasp of Various HR Processed & Employee engagement and their impact on employee experience.  
  • Very High on energy and with excellent communication skills. 
  • Proactive & Result Oriented. 
  • Quickly establishing relationships and build rapport and trust with employees and stakeholders. 
  • Comfortable in working in shifts – 4pm to 2am and working out of office all 5 days 
  • Experience –Previous experience in HR or employee engagement in BPO sector, preferable from Health industry

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of relevant professional experience
  • Prior experience in BPO / service-based organizations preferred
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting
  • High energy level with the ability to work in shifts (4:00 PM – 2:00 AM)
  • Willingness to work 5 days a week from the office

  • Graduate / Postgraduate
