We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Technical Recruiter to join our team in Raipur. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who are passionate about talent acquisition and eager to build a career in recruitment. The role focuses on identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent while supporting end-to-end recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment.

As a Technical Recruiter, you will work closely with hiring managers and business teams to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates. You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, ensuring a smooth candidate experience, and contributing to the organization’s growth by hiring the right talent.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations
  • Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and internal teams
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress using internal systems
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical candidates for current and future roles
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms
  • Stay updated on industry trends and talent market insights
  • Support onboarding coordination and documentation processes when required
