Support leadership on employee and union or works council relations. Support management on legal/labour law/regulatory issues and risk management. Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.
Roles & Responsibility
•Support in Managing day-to-day industrial relations matters.
•Drive recruitment process at plant level for production employees; Ensure timely recruitment with required skill sets as per approved manpower plan within reasonable costs.
•Facilitate onboarding, Induction & Orientation.
•Provide counseling and support to employees on personal, social, or work-related issues.
•Collaborate on employee relations, union matters & workforce issues.
•Support training programs for skill development, discipline, and statutory awareness.
•Promote health, hygiene, safety, and wellbeing programs in coordination with Safety & HR teams
•Assist in managing employee grievances and resolving issues promptly and fairly
•Supports management on legal/labour law/regulatory issues and risk management.
•Facilitate employee engagement programs—health camps, awareness sessions, cultural building and sports activities
•Maintain accurate records— KPI Dashboards, overtime records, notices, standing orders compliance, etc.
•Partner with business leaders and relevant stakeholders to drive CSR initiatives. Act as Welfare Lead for the manufacturing facility, as needed.
