DescriptionYou will join our Global Capability Center (GCC) as a Reporting Analyst supporting HR Technology & Insights across multiple regions. This role is responsible for managing both ad-hoc and recurring reporting while supporting the transition to automated, standardized, and globally scalable reporting solutions.
You will play a key role in defining reporting requirements and developing automated, parameter-driven reports within Oracle HCM, enabling a more efficient and self-service reporting environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage intake and delivery of ad-hoc reporting requests across global stakeholders
- Maintain and execute recurring reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Redesign and optimize reports by:
- Converting manual reports into automated solutions
- Developing global, standardized reporting templates
- Eliminating redundant or low-value reports
- Develop reports using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather and refine reporting requirements
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks
- Support the build-out of self-service reporting capabilities
- Document report logic, definitions, and standards for global use
- Identify opportunities for further automation and efficiency in reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, IT, Business, HR, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or HR systems (shared services experience preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud reporting tools (OTBI), HCM preferred
- Strong querying skills and understanding of data structures
- Experience building automated or scalable reporting solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across regions
- Willingness to work in a global delivery model.
