Role: HR Relationship Manager
Functional Area: Human Resources / Employee Relations Relevant Experience: 5–10 years (can be adjusted based on requirement)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and people-centric HR Relationship Manager who will act as a bridge between employees and the organization. The role focuses on building strong employee relationships, ensuring a positive work environment, driving engagement initiatives, and supporting HR operations to enhance overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with employees across departments
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances
Drive employee engagement initiatives such as events, feedback programs, and surveys
Support employee onboarding and induction processes to ensure smooth integration
Facilitate effective communication between management and employees
Monitor employee satisfaction and suggest improvement strategies
Assist in conflict resolution and grievance handling
Support HR processes including performance management, retention strategies, and exit interviews
Ensure adherence to HR policies, compliance, and company culture
Technical / Functional Skills:
Basic understanding of HR processes & policies
Familiarity with employee engagement and retention strategies
Knowledge of HRMS tools (preferred but not mandatory)
Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices (good to have)
Ability to analyze employee feedback and engagement data

5–10 years of experience in HR, employee relations, or similar roles

MBA / PGDM in HR
Experience in employee engagement programs or HR operations
Exposure to startup or fast-paced environments
