Role: HR Relationship Manager
Functional Area: Human Resources / Employee Relations Relevant Experience: 5–10 years (can be adjusted based on requirement)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and people-centric HR Relationship Manager who will act as a bridge between employees and the organization. The role focuses on building strong employee relationships, ensuring a positive work environment, driving engagement initiatives, and supporting HR operations to enhance overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
 Build and maintain strong relationships with employees across departments
 Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances
 Drive employee engagement initiatives such as events, feedback programs, and surveys
 Support employee onboarding and induction processes to ensure smooth integration
 Facilitate effective communication between management and employees
 Monitor employee satisfaction and suggest improvement strategies
 Assist in conflict resolution and grievance handling
 Support HR processes including performance management, retention strategies, and exit interviews
 Ensure adherence to HR policies, compliance, and company culture
Technical / Functional Skills:
 Basic understanding of HR processes & policies
 Familiarity with employee engagement and retention strategies
 Knowledge of HRMS tools (preferred but not mandatory)
 Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices (good to have)
 Ability to analyze employee feedback and engagement data

Education & Experience:
 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
 5–10 years of experience in HR, employee relations, or similar roles
Nice to Have:
 MBA / PGDM in HR
 Experience in employee engagement programs or HR operations
 Exposure to startup or fast-paced environments
