We're looking for an in house, non IT recruiter with 0-1 years experience. Someone who is self organised, hardworking with a pleasant personality and natural tendency to be kind & warm will be our top preference.

About the Company:

We are 65 crore, 19yr old transport company. We operate over 1000 vehicles in Bangalore with the help of over 1000 staff. We are the first private transport operator to ply EV buses and talk about safe, reliable & sustainable mobility solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

KPIs:

  • Bad hire/ good hire ratio.

  • Time to hire.

KRAs:

primary:

Talent Acquisition

Source and screen candidates.

Coordinate with candidates & interview panel.

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.

Secondary:

Networking with top candidates & Headhunting.

Employer branding

Job Role:

- Be the first point of contact for candidates

- Maintain a network of potential candidates

- Conduct interviews and assess candidates

- Provide timely feedback to candidates

- Collaborate to improve the recruitment process

 

Pre-Requisites:

- 0 to 1 yrs of non-IT recruitment experience.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Strong understanding of what is hiring process, job-fit, culture fit,

- Strong Value system essential to being a successful HR person.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (good to have)
