📍 Location: Adhchini, South Delhi (Work from Office – 5 Days)
💼 Experience: 1+ Years
We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter with experience in a recruitment consultancy/agency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, majorly in non-IT hiring along with some IT roles, and strong client handling skills.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to closure)
• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Conduct screening and initial interviews
• Coordinate with clients for requirements and interview scheduling
• Handle offer negotiations and follow-ups
• Maintain candidate pipeline and MIS reports
🔹 Requirements:
• Experience in recruitment consultancy/agency is mandatory
• Exposure to non-IT + IT hiring
• Strong sourcing and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
