  • Effectively execute the global and local HR initiatives as per the agreed timelines.
  • Provide face-to-face support to managers in complex situations

  • Legal Compliance & Audit Management
  • Responsible for Office Layouts. Support/Lead/Coordinate all the project related to office infrastructure renovation.
  • Internal Committee member of POSH Committee
  • Counselling on rejection memo as & when required

Experience and required competencies:

  • 07 to 10 years

Education:

  • MHRD/MSW/MBA HR
