Job Description & Summary
At PwC, our people in people operations primarily focus on managing the people lifecycle and the day-to-day operational tasks related to managing employees. This includes activities such as employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, employee record-keeping, compliance with labour laws and regulations, and managing employee inquiries and issues. These individuals enable HR processes and systems to run smoothly in order to efficiently support our workforce.
Those in human resource operations at PwC will focus on all areas of Human Resources and the business in executing Human Resources related transactions and administrative activities. You will be a primary HR point of contact in the resolution, escalation or routing of inquiries as needed in line with HR protocols and guidelines, as well as be part of a team of problem solvers that help solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Job Description
- Consistently demonstrate individual initiative and timely completion and ownership of assigned work.
- Independently manage end to end Workday data updates and ServiceNow ticket to resolution.
- As an SME, responsible to guide and train associates in the team.
- Independently handle complex queries/transactions with minimal supervision.
- Conduct Data Audits for accuracy & compliance.
- Workday configuration, actively participate in UAT and Testings (Sandbox)
- Support & collaborate for ad hoc activities assigned by HC Ops Manager/Senior Manager
- Collaborate with People teams for smooth operation
- Process improvements and automation
- SoP review to make sure it is up to date
Requirements
- 6 to 10 years
- Graduate
- Workday and ServiceNow experience are required
- Knowledge on EIBs – added benefit.
- Ability to understand the importance of maintaining accurate data on Workday
- Ability to interpret reports and complex data.
- Ability to observe, identify and track exceptions or risks.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify missing information.
- Team player, committed to providing and maintaining timeliness and precision with respect to deliverables
- Stakeholder management
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Good communication skills along with coaching capabilities for contractors/associates in the team.
- Acts with integrity and display PwC Code of conduct while handling volume of confidential data
- Willing to go to PwC Accelerations Centers in India offices during the work week to deliver the activities.
- Proactive and result driven mindset.
