Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers practical exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, vendor management, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment

  • Source candidates for internship and entry-level positions using job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and professional support.

2. Employee Engagement

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Design creative presentations, posters, and internal communication materials using Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Support internal communication campaigns and engagement programs.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to improve employee participation and workplace culture.

3. HR Operations

  • Coordinate with vendors and assist in operational follow-ups.
  • Research and identify new vendors based on business requirements.
  • Support communication with internal stakeholders for ongoing HR and operational activities.
  • Maintain HR trackers, reports, documentation, and records using Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Organize and update employee folders, HR documentation, and operational databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Required Skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Canva for designing creative materials.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
  • PowerPoint presentation and deck creation skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Pursuing or recently completed Graduation or Post Graduation in:
    • Human Resources
    • Management
    • Psychology
    • Commerce
    • Business Administration
    • Or any related discipline.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and Operations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
