Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist to manage and streamline our HR processes. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, compliance, and HR system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding to exit
  • Ensure smooth documentation, background verification & joining formalities
  • Handle employee database and maintain accurate HR records

Payroll & Compliance

  • Assist in payroll processing and salary coordination
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.)
  • Coordinate with finance for payroll inputs and audits

HR Systems & Data Management

  • Maintain and update HRMS tools
  • Generate HR reports, dashboards & analytics
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality

Employee Engagement & Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events
  • Drive HR communication and policy awareness
  • Manage and implement the buddy program for new joiners to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Conduct structured feedback check-ins at 15, 30, 60, and 90 days to track employee experience

Policies & Process Improvement

  • Implement and improve HR policies and SOPs
  • Identify gaps and suggest automation/improvements in HR processes

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field
  • 3–4 years of experience in HR Operations
  • Strong knowledge of payroll & labor laws
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
