This position is central to our success, driving our talent acquisition efforts from end-to-end, leveraging data to inform HR strategy, and nurturing a vibrant company culture through engagement initiatives and learning programs. You’ll own all HR operations for the India entity — managing payroll, ensuring statutory compliance, and serving as the primary liaison with local compliance consultants.
Duties:
-
Full-Cycle Recruitment Support: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, assist in developing job descriptions, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles from requisition to offer acceptance.

-
First Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for routine employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and basic benefits questions, escalating complex issues to the appropriate HR leader.
-
Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR information system (HRIS), including new hires, terminations, and changes in status.
-
Performance Management Support: Assist with the coordination of performance review cycles, including scheduling and tracking.

Serve as the primary point of contact for local legal and compliance consultants, coordinating on regulatory filings, audits, and any changes in employment legislation.
-
Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for all India employees, including salary computation, statutory deductions (TDS, PF, ESI, PT), reimbursements, and full & final settlements. Coordinate with finance and payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely disbursements, and maintain all payroll records in compliance with applicable Indian regulations.
Your Experience:
