Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Recruitment & Staffing
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate roles.
    • Develop workforce planning strategies aligned with production needs.
  • Employee Relations
    • Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution.
    • Foster a positive work culture and engagement initiatives.
  • Compliance & Legal
    • Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and industrial relations regulations.
    • Maintain updated knowledge of HR compliance specific to manufacturing.
    • Policy & Documentation: Maintain HR and administrative records, employee files, statutory registers, and ensure timely submission of compliance-related documentation.
  • Performance Management
    • Implement appraisal systems and monitor employee performance.
    • Support managers in setting KPIs and career development plans.
  • Training & Development
    • Identify skill gaps and design training programs for workers and staff.
    • Drive initiatives for leadership development and succession planning.
  • HR Operations
    • Oversee payroll, attendance, and leave management systems.
    • Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
  • Health, Safety & Welfare
    • Collaborate with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) teams to ensure workplace safety.
    • Drive welfare programs for employees and their families.
  • Office Administration:
    • Oversee day-to-day administrative functions including facility management, housekeeping, security, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth plant operations.
    • Support Services: Manage logistics such as canteen, transport, uniforms, and other employee welfare facilities, ensuring cost efficiency and quality standards.
