We are an expanding Indian apparel brand with a robust presence in D2C (through our own website) and major marketplaces. The company has established a strong digital growth engine and ranks among the leading brands in India for e-commerce and D2C expansion.

With an approximate turnover of ₹600 crore, the business is poised to enter its next growth phase, which includes:

● External fundraising
● Enhanced governance and reporting
● Expansion into an omnichannel model, with planned retail outlets
● Increased profitability, improved unit economics, and disciplined working capital management

We are looking to hire an HR Manager to develop and enhance our people function while facilitating the organization’s growth trajectory.

Role Overview

The HR Manager will oversee all HR activities, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and learning & development.

This is an active role that requires exceptional communication skills and the capability to foster a positive, high-performance work environment.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1) Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

● Oversee the complete hiring process for junior and mid-level positions
● Facilitate bulk/junior recruitment according to business needs
● Collaborate with internal teams to identify hiring requirements
● Ensure effective onboarding and orientation processes

2) Employee Engagement & Culture

● Design and implement team bonding activities (games, events, celebrations)
● Organize festivals, special days, and company-wide events
● Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

3) Learning & Development

● Arrange training sessions and skills enhancement programs
● Coordinate sessions with external speakers, workshops, and knowledge sharing initiatives
● Promote employee development and performance improvement efforts

4) HR Operations & Compliance

● Oversee payroll management, including Provident Fund, compliance with regulations, and documentation
● Maintain employee files and HR-related documents
● Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures

5) Communication & Employee Relations

● Serve as a link between employees and management
● Address employee inquiries and concerns promptly
● Maintain effective internal communication among teams

Candidate Profile

Experience

● Over 3 years of HR experience (preferably in a fast-paced or growth-oriented company)
● Background in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations
● Previous experience with payroll management and statutory compliance (e.g., PF)

Qualification

Bachelor's / MBA in HR or a related field (preferred)
