Position: HR Manager
Location: Chennai (Base)
Reporting to: Management / Operations Head
Scope: Corporate Office, Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs), and Factories
Key Responsibilities
As a Generalist HR leader, you will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle across diverse work environments:
Operations & Payroll: Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for 1,200+ employees, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
Statutory Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to labor laws, including PF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, and Factory Act regulations.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles, retail staff, and factory personnel to meet aggressive business growth.
Employee Relations: Act as a bridge between management and employees, fostering a positive work culture and resolving grievances across all levels.
Performance Management: Implement and manage appraisal systems and KPIs to drive productivity.
Policy Formulation: Develop and update HR policies and SOPs tailored to both corporate and industrial settings.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 10+ years of core HR experience (Experience in Textile, Retail, or Manufacturing is a major plus).
Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and people management.
