We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end human resource operations and employee lifecycle management within the organization. The role involves managing recruitment, payroll administration, statutory compliance, employee engagement initiatives, and HR documentation while ensuring alignment with company policies and labor regulations. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic HR partner to leadership and internal stakeholders, ensuring operational efficiency and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmations, performance management, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities while maintaining accurate HR documentation.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding while coordinating with department heads for workforce planning.
- Oversee payroll processing including attendance tracking, leave management, reimbursements, and statutory deductions ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, bonus, and other labor laws while maintaining statutory records and managing audits or inspections
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and retention initiatives to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Address employee grievances and support performance management and feedback processes across departments.
- Act as an HR business partner by coordinating with internal stakeholders and clients for HR-related requirements and documentation.
