HR Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an HR Manager who is hands-on, execution-focused, and capable of managing end-to-end HR functions. The ideal candidate should be strong in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and able to build a positive and high-performance work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and drive hiring as per business needs
  
• Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees
  
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events
  
• Coordinate training and support employee development programs
  
• Handle payroll coordination, PF, and statutory compliance
  
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
  
• Ensure adherence to company policies and processes
  
• Manage employee relations and resolve queries effectively
  
  

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Hands-on and execution-driven approach
  

• Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently
  

• Creative mindset for employee engagement initiatives
  

Qualification

• Graduate / MBA in HR or related field (preferred)
  

Experience

• 3+ years of HR experience
  

• Experience in recruitment, engagement, and HR operations
  

• Exposure to payroll coordination and statutory compliance
