About the Role

We are looking for a young, energetic, and dynamic HR Manager with strong end-to-end HR knowledge who can closely work with the Founder and leadership team in driving people strategy, organizational growth, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate should possess strategic thinking abilities, leadership qualities, and a hands-on approach towards HR management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete HR functions, including Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, HR Operations, Payroll Coordination, and Compliance.
  • Work closely with the Founder on strategic HR initiatives, workforce planning, organizational growth, and culture building.
  • Lead hiring strategies and manage end-to-end recruitment processes across departments.
  • Build and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee-focused initiatives.
  • Handle onboarding, employee lifecycle management, retention strategies, and exit processes.
  • Drive employee engagement activities and maintain a positive, high-performance work culture.
  • Support management in performance reviews, employee development, and team structuring.
  • Ensure smooth HR operations and adherence to labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle employee concerns, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters professionally.
  • Prepare HR MIS reports, analytics, and organizational insights for leadership review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Human Resources with strong end-to-end HR exposure.
  • Young, proactive, and highly energetic professional with strong ownership mindset.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience in working closely with founders or senior leadership teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
  • Startup or high-growth company experience will be an added advantage.

Education
