Headsup Corporation is Hiring | HR Manager – Fitness Industry
Location: Sector 56, Gurugram
Working: 5 Days a Week
Compensation: Up to 30% hike on current CTC
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for fitness coaches (domestic & international hiring)
- Develop and execute innovative hiring strategies to attract top talent globally
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle – onboarding, engagement, performance & retention
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives
- Build and strengthen employer branding in the fitness industry
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and organizational standards
- Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
- Track HR metrics and improve processes for efficiency and scalability
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Prior experience in fitness, wellness, or service-based industry preferred
- Strong exposure to hiring fitness coaches/trainers (international hiring is a plus)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong understanding of HR practices, compliance, and talent management
