The HR Manager will lead and scale HR and recruitment operations across multiple geographies. This role will be responsible for hiring across India, the US, and Canada, managing internal HR operations, and helping build and lead teams including technical recruiters and bench sales recruiters.
The role will work closely with leadership to establish scalable hiring processes, improve recruiter productivity, strengthen employee engagement, and support operational growth initiatives. The HR Manager will also collaborate with accounting, payroll, and operations leadership teams to ensure smooth organizational operations.
This is a leadership-oriented role suited for someone comfortable operating in a fast-growing consulting and staffing environment.
Key Responsibilities Global Talent Acquisition & Hiring
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for India, US, and Canada-based roles across consulting, staffing, operations, HR, finance, and support functions.
- Manage hiring for technical consultants, recruiters, bench sales teams, operations staff, HR personnel, and leadership roles.
- Develop recruitment strategies for sourcing high-quality candidates across multiple technology domains.
- Coordinate sourcing, screening, interview management, offer rollout, onboarding, and joining processes.
- Build pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, vendors, staffing networks, and campus hiring initiatives.
- Partner with leadership teams to forecast hiring demand and workforce planning needs.
Recruitment Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, manage, and monitor teams of technical recruiters and bench sales recruiters.
- Establish recruiter KPIs, submission targets, hiring metrics, and process standards.
- Drive recruiter productivity, accountability, training, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Support implementation of recruitment SOPs, ATS/CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and hiring workflows.
- Conduct regular team reviews, coaching sessions, and operational meetings.
HR Operations & Employee Management
- Oversee onboarding, induction, employee documentation, HR records, and employee lifecycle management.
- Manage attendance, leave tracking, employee engagement initiatives, HR policies, and internal communications.
- Support employee relations and resolve HR concerns in a professional and confidential manner.
- Coordinate performance review processes and employee development initiatives.
- Maintain organizational policies, HR templates, operational SOPs, and compliance documentation.
Coordination with Operations, Payroll & Finance Teams
- Collaborate with payroll, accounting, and operations leads to support organizational processes.
- Ensure smooth coordination for payroll inputs, employee documentation, compliance tracking, reimbursements, and operational support activities.
- Support leadership with operational reporting, resource tracking, and workforce management initiatives.
- Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, accountants, and service providers as required.
Process Improvement & Organizational Growth
- Help build scalable HR, hiring, and operational processes aligned with company growth objectives.
- Improve recruitment turnaround time, onboarding experience, and operational efficiency.
- Support implementation of HR automation, reporting systems, dashboards, and process standardization.
- Participate in strategic discussions related to organizational growth, hiring expansion, and operational planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, staffing, or talent operations.
- Strong experience managing recruitment teams within IT consulting or staffing organizations.
- Experience hiring for US and/or Canadian markets preferred.
- Hands-on experience managing technical recruiters and/or bench sales teams.
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle, staffing operations, HR processes, and employee management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment supporting global operations.
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems, HRMS tools, Excel, Google Workspace, and reporting dashboards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting US IT staffing or consulting organizations.
- Familiarity with bench sales operations and consultant marketing processes.
- Experience coordinating with payroll, accounting, and operational teams.
- Exposure to HR compliance, onboarding documentation, and workforce planning.
- Experience working with remote and globally distributed teams.
