Overview:

At EazyGrad, we're building a pioneering student information platform and we believe that great organizations are built by great people. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting daily HR operations, coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, and ensuring a smooth employee experience throughout the organization.

Location: Janakpuri, Delhi (In-office)
Work Timings: 10AM - 7PM 
Working Days:
5.5 days/week

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support HR operations including maintaining accurate employee records and HRIS data (data entry, updates, and audits).
  • Coordinate recruitment activities: assist with job postings, applicant tracking (ATS), screening support, interview scheduling, and candidate communication (recruitment coordination).
  • Support end-to-end onboarding for new hires — manage documentation, orientation planning, induction checklists, and ensure a smooth first-day experience (onboarding).
  • Assist in maintaining and optimizing HRIS and HR databases; help generate routine HR reports and dashboards using Excel.
  • Help organize HR events, training sessions, and engagement activities; manage logistics and coordination.
  • Support basic HR analytics and metrics tracking to help measure recruitment timelines, onboarding effectiveness, and engagement indicators.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with recruitment coordination, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred

  • Previous internship or experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or onboarding roles.
  • Experience maintaining employee records, supporting HR operations, or using HRIS/ATS in a practical setting.
