Responsibilities1. Strategic HR Partner
- Align HR initiatives with business objectives and unit goals
- Translate business strategy into people plans
- Advise leaders on organization design, talent strategy, and change management
- Participate in business reviews and leadership discussions
2. Performance Management
- Enable goal‑setting and appraisal processes
- Coach managers on performance feedback and evaluations
- Address performance gaps and improvement plans
- Promote a high‑performance culture
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as first point of contact for employee relations issues
- Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and surveys
- Ensure a positive employee experience and strong morale
4. Coaching & Leadership Support
- Coach managers on people management and leadership behaviors
- Support leaders during organizational change
- Develop managerial effectiveness and decision‑making skills
5. Change & Transformation Management
- Support restructuring, mergers, role changes, and process transitions
- Manage change impact, communications, and adoption
- Ensure workforce readiness for transformation initiatives
6. HR Policy & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and company guidelines
- Guide managers on policy interpretation
- Support audits and compliance requirements
7. Compensation & Rewards Support
- Partner with C&B teams on pay reviews, incentives, and promotions
- Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
- Support performance‑linked reward decisions
8. Data‑Driven HR
- Use HR analytics to identify trends (attrition, performance, engagement)
- Provide people insights to business leaders
- Recommend actions based on data and metrics
9. Collaboration with COEs
- Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (TA, L&D, C&B, HR Ops)
- Ensure smooth execution of HR programs in the business
