We hire and deploy high-volume sales and BPO workforces across India and are building a strong on-site HR function to scale operations and improve employee experience.

Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for BPO and field sales roles: define JD, source, screen, and close candidates to meet monthly hiring targets.
- Manage onboarding and induction processes to ensure new hires achieve time-to-productivity targets and compliance with mandatory checks.
- Administer HRMS for employee records, attendance, shift rosters, and leave management; drive process improvements and system adoption.
- Partner with operations and sales managers to implement performance management, coaching interventions, and corrective actions for frontline teams.
- Help build a Sales Team through relevlant hiring of candidates.
