Ahead-of-market role in the Fashion Media & Talent Acquisition sector, focused on recruitment, employer branding and candidate engagement for the consumer fashion and entertainment industry. The team operates on-site across India to build high-visibility talent programs that attract creative, digital and marketing professionals.

Primary Title: HR ( Digital Marketing Background)


Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing and creative roles: source, screen, interview and close high-fit candidates across India.
  • Design and execute recruitment marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram and paid channels to build a talent pipeline and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Has relevant experience in hiring for a Digital Marketing Agency or a firm.
  • Manage ATS workflows and candidate experience—ensure consistent communication, interview feedback loops and offer negotiation support.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, hiring scorecards and structured interview guides to improve selection quality.
  • Track hiring metrics and run weekly hiring reviews; optimise channels and budgets using data-driven insights.
