Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive who will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations within the real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in hiring for sales profiles such as Business Development Executives, Sales Managers, and Team Leaders.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales roles in the real estate industry.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage offer letter rollouts and joining formalities.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Handle employee documentation and onboarding process.
• Assist in HR operations, attendance management, and employee engagement activities.
• Support management with HR reports and recruitment updates.
Required Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales hiring or real estate recruitment
• Knowledge of job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
• Basic understanding of HR policies and employee lifecycle
Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree / MBA in HR or related field preferred.
