Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Generalist Activities
Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, confirmation, and exit formalities.
Ensure timely and accurate HRIS data updates and employee file maintenance.
Assist in preparing MIS reports, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Conduct screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-up with candidates.
Manage new joiner induction and ensure smooth onboarding experience.
Employee Engagement
Organize and execute employee engagement initiatives and celebrations at store and corporate levels.
Conduct stay interviews, pulse checks, and employee feedback collection.
Attrition Control & Retention Support
Track attrition trends and support HR Manager in implementing retention interventions.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze reasons for separation.
Compliance & Policy Adherence
Assist in ensuring compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, and Shops & Establishment regulations.
Help disseminate and implement HR policies across store locations.
Stakeholder Coordination
Act as an HR point of contact for assigned store clusters.
Liaise with operations teams and line managers to ensure smooth HR functioning.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (HRIS, ATS, etc.).
Exposure to retail/QSR/hospitality workforce preferred.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a multi-location setup.
