Key Responsibilities
1)Recruitment & Hiring
- Post job openings on portals
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with department managers
- Conduct initial HR interviews
- Handle offer letters and joining formalities
2) Employee Onboarding & Exit

Manage joining documentation
- Conduct induction/orientation programs
- Maintain employee records
- Handle resignation and full & final settlement process
- Conduct exit interviews
3)Payroll & Attendance
-
Track attendance and leave records
- Coordinate payroll processing
- Handle salary structures and deductions
- Manage PF, ESIC, gratuity, and statutory compliance
4)Employee Relations
-
Address employee concerns and grievances
- Maintain positive workplace culture
- Ensure HR policies are followed
- Support conflict resolution
5)HR Administration

Maintain HR databases and files
- Prepare HR reports and MIS
- Update employee policies and handbooks
- Coordinate appraisals and performance reviews
6)Compliance & Labor Laws
-
Ensure compliance with labor laws
- Handle audits and documentation
- Maintain statutory registers and records
7) Training & Engagement
-
Organize training sessions
- Conduct employee engagement activities
