About the Role
NeetDeep Group is looking for dynamic and result-oriented HR professionals to strengthen our Human Resources team. We are hiring both HR Recruiters and HR Generalists who can contribute to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and overall workforce management.
The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and people management. Candidates with experience in Blue Collar and White Collar hiring, especially for project-based industries, will be preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Blue Collar and White Collar positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, databases, and field recruitment activities.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
Manage offer rollout, salary negotiation, and onboarding processes.
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring targets.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, employee files, and HRMS updates.
Support payroll processing and employee data verification.
Prepare HR reports, trackers, and recruitment MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Conduct employee engagement activities and events.
Address employee concerns and maintain healthy workplace relations.
Assist in grievance handling and employee support activities.
Support employee retention initiatives and performance discussions.
Compliance & Administration
Assist in PF, ESIC, Labour Law, and statutory compliance activities.
Maintain employment contracts, joining documents, and HR records.
Ensure proper documentation and policy implementation.
Performance Management
Assist in KPI tracking and performance evaluation processes.
Support managers in performance review activities.
Coordinate employee feedback and development initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile
HR Generalist: 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience.
HR Recruiter: 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience.
Experience in mass hiring and field recruitment will be preferred.
Comfortable hiring technicians, wiremen, supervisors, engineers, project staff, and other operational workforce.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve recruitment targets.
Good knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle, and compliance requirements.
