Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Executive – Compliance to manage statutory compliance and support HR operations. The candidate should have basic knowledge of PF and ESIC regulations, be proficient in MS Excel, and be willing to travel as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF (Provident Fund) and ESIC
* Maintain and update employee records related to compliance
* Assist in payroll inputs related to PF/ESIC deductions
* Prepare MIS reports and maintain data using MS Excel
* Support internal and external audits with proper documentation
* Travel to project sites/locations for compliance checks and coordination

Key Requirements:
* Basic knowledge of PF and ESIC processes
* Good working knowledge of MS Excel
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Willingness to travel as per business requirements
