The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance with company policies. The role ensures smooth HR processes and contributes to building a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Handle offer letters and onboarding formalities
- Conduct induction/orientation programs
2. Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and grievances
- Maintain healthy workplace relationships
- Support employee engagement activities
3. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Manage attendance, leave, and documentation
- Ensure HR policies are followed
4. Payroll & Compliance
- Assist in payroll processing
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)
- Maintain records related to labor laws
5. Performance Management
- Support appraisal processes
- Track employee performance and feedback
6. Training & Development
- Identify training needs
- Coordinate learning and development programs
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Organizational and multitasking ability
- Proficiency in MS Office / HR software
- Problem-solving attitude
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or related role
Salary: Upto 25,000per month
