The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance with company policies. The role ensures smooth HR processes and contributes to building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
  • Handle offer letters and onboarding formalities
  • Conduct induction/orientation programs

2. Employee Relations

  • Address employee queries and grievances
  • Maintain healthy workplace relationships
  • Support employee engagement activities

3. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Manage attendance, leave, and documentation
  • Ensure HR policies are followed

4. Payroll & Compliance

  • Assist in payroll processing
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)
  • Maintain records related to labor laws

5. Performance Management

  • Support appraisal processes
  • Track employee performance and feedback

6. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs
  • Coordinate learning and development programs

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
  • Organizational and multitasking ability
  • Proficiency in MS Office / HR software
  • Problem-solving attitude

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or related role

Salary: Upto 25,000per month
