Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Attendance Management (Primary Responsibility)
Manage and monitor daily employee attendance through HRMS/attendance systems.
Track late coming, absenteeism, shift schedules, leave records, and regularization requests.
Coordinate with employees, reporting managers, and regional teams for attendance corrections and approvals.
Prepare and maintain monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
Ensure attendance data accuracy and timely closure before payroll processing.
Employee Query Resolution (Primary Responsibility)
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to attendance, leave, payroll, HR policies, and HRMS.
Resolve employee concerns within defined timelines and maintain query trackers.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure of employee issues.
Provide guidance to employees on HR processes, policies, and documentation requirements.
Maintain a high level of employee satisfaction through prompt and professional support.
Payroll Support
Assist in monthly payroll processing by validating attendance and leave inputs.
Verify payroll-related data and coordinate with payroll teams/vendors.
Support salary processing, reimbursements, and full & final settlements.
Assist in preparing payroll MIS and reconciliation reports.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support onboarding, employee lifecycle activities, and HR correspondence.
Generate employment letters, salary certificates, and other HR-related documents.
Ensure employee data is updated accurately in HRMS.
MIS & Reporting
Prepare attendance, leave, payroll, and HR operations MIS reports.
Maintain trackers for employee queries, attendance exceptions, and HR requests.
Support audits by providing HR records and reports as required.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Graduate in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or related discipline.
