Primary Title: HR ( Digital Marketing Background)
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing and creative roles: source, screen, interview and close high-fit candidates across India.
- Design and execute recruitment marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram and paid channels to build a talent pipeline and reduce time-to-hire.
- Has relevant experience in hiring for a Digital Marketing Agency or a firm.
- Manage ATS workflows and candidate experience—ensure consistent communication, interview feedback loops and offer negotiation support.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, hiring scorecards and structured interview guides to improve selection quality.
- Track hiring metrics and run weekly hiring reviews; optimise channels and budgets using data-driven insights.
