JRole Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support and streamline our people operations. This role sits at the heart of the employee lifecycle—driving seamless recruitment coordination, efficient onboarding, and reliable HR administration. You’ll act as a key link between candidates, employees, and the HR team, ensuring a smooth and positive experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Deliver a structured and engaging onboarding experience for new hires
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR data integrity across systems
  • Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, and leave management
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR queries and policy guidance
  • Assist in implementing HR initiatives such as engagement programs, training sessions, and performance cycles
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor regulations
  • Generate HR reports, dashboards, and documentation for decision-making

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–34years of experience in HR coordination or administrative roles
  • Familiarity with HRMS/ATS platforms and MS Office tools
