Position Description

In close collaboration with our HR Partners team, you will act as a trusted advisor to directors, managers and employees, contributing to shaping and maintaining HR practices that foster both individual development and organizational performance. You will play a key role in influencing leaders, guiding strategic decisions, and creating an environment where talent can thrive.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior directors and managers to offer strategic HR advice and influence organizational decision-making.
• Lead and oversee HR processes, including in-depth performance management and promotion review processes.
• Participate in organizational changes, ensuring alignment with long-term workforce objectives.
• Support workforce and succession planning through data-driven analyses, leveraging HRIS to inform leadership strategies.
• Act as a culture ambassador by integrating practices that strengthen inclusion, collaboration and employee well-being within Ubisoft IT.
• Ensure compliance with legal and organizational frameworks, balancing rigour and adaptability in response to evolving needs.
• Drive HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and impact.
• Work closely with Centers of Expertise to design, adapt and implement HR tools, programs and initiatives at a global scale.

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a recognized certification who has demonstrated the ability to collaborate with leadership teams to drive organizational success.

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate:

• Proven ability to advise and influence senior directors and managers on a daily basis, ensuring alignment of talent management strategies with business objectives.
• Strong analytical mind: ability to transform complex data into clear insights to support executive decision-making.
• Approach that combines rigour and flexibility in managing priorities, aligning daily actions with overall strategic goals.
• Aptitude for building authentic relationships and establishing trust with leaders through clear, confident and solution-oriented communication.
• Ability to act both as a collaborative partner and independent advisor, comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives as well as working autonomously.
