About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience to support our HR and recruitment functions. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in HR.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
2. Onboarding & HR Operations
- Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee records
- Track attendance, leaves, and maintain HR data
- Assist with payroll inputs and HR coordination
3. Employee Engagement
- Support employee engagement initiatives and activities
- Address basic employee queries and provide HR support
4. HR Processes & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies
- Assist in maintaining HR processes and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant HR experience
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with HRMS tools
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and eager to learn
