Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading textile manufacturing and export company with a strong global presence and well-established plant and corporate operations. Our client is looking for an Assistant Manager â Human Resources to drive HR operations, support HR transformation initiatives, and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across multiple locations, while closely partnering with plant leadership and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the HR SPOC for HRMS/HCM transformation, including migration from Oracle to a new platform
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, confirmations, and exit formalities
- Handle complete employee lifecycle management and ensure HR policy compliance across locations
- Partner with HODs and plant leadership for manpower planning and workforce optimization
- Maintain and analyze HR MIS, dashboards, and reports for leadership decision-making
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and ensure data accuracy
- Administer employee benefits including group mediclaim, insurance, and welfare initiatives
- Drive performance management cycle (PMS), goal setting, and appraisal processes
- Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes
- Ensure smooth coordination between corporate HR and plant/admin teams across units
Requirements
- Full-time MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
- 6â7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within manufacturing or plant-based environments
- Strong exposure to core HR functions including operations, employee lifecycle, and performance management
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/HCM systems and involvement in implementation or migration projects
- Proficiency in HR analytics, data reporting, and dashboard management
- Experience with HR platforms such as Keka or similar systems will be an added advantage
- Good stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills across functions and locations
