Job Description:

1.Factory Administration & Operations
 Handle day-to-day administrative activities of the weaving factory.
 Ensure smooth functioning of office, security, housekeeping, and common facilities.
 Maintain factory discipline and ensure adherence to company policies and factory rules.
 Coordinate with production, maintenance, and stores teams for administrative support.
2. Attendance, Records & Documentation
 Maintain attendance, shift schedules, leave records, and overtime data for staff and workers.
 Maintain employee files, registers, gate records, and statutory records as required.
 Ensure proper documentation related to joining, ID cards, uniforms, and employee records.
 Maintain visitor registers, gate passes, and contractor entry records.
3. HR & Manpower Coordination
 Coordinate with HR for recruitment support, onboarding, and employee documentation.
 Assist in induction, policy communication, and employee engagement activities.
 Handle worker-related administrative issues and escalate to HR / management when required.
4. Vendor & Facility Management
 Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, canteen, transport, and office supplies.
 Ensure timely availability of stationery, consumables, uniforms, and safety items.
 Monitor vendor performance, service quality, and cost control.
5. Compliance, Safety & Discipline
 Ensure compliance with factory rules, safety norms, and statutory requirements.
 Support audits, inspections, and compliance documentation as required.
 Coordinate with safety team to ensure cleanliness, housekeeping, and basic safety practices on
the shop floor.
6. Reporting & Coordination
 Prepare and submit daily / monthly admin-related reports to management and HO.
 Coordinate communication between factory, HO, and external agencies.
 Support management with administrative data and MIS as required.

Skills & Competencies
 Good communication and coordination skills.
 Can manage all the admin related work.
 Ability to handle factory administration and worker coordination effectively.
 Basic understanding of factory operations, labour practices, and discipline handling.
 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
 Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
