Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused HR leader to build and lead the HR function across Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement & Retention, Learning & Development, Compliance, and Performance Management. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in scaling HR operations, driving hiring excellence, implementing HR systems, and building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (40%)
- Partner with business and functional leaders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities
- Develop clear job descriptions and hiring strategies for multiple business functions
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle within defined hiring SLAs:
- Senior Roles – 3 Months
- Mid-Level Roles – 2 Months
- Junior Roles – 1 Month
- Implement and optimize ATS/HRMS platforms for recruitment tracking and hiring efficiency
- Build employer branding and talent pipeline strategies
Employee Engagement & Retention (30%)
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives and retention programs
- Drive feedback mechanisms, recognition programs, and communication frameworks
- Improve employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention metrics
- Foster a positive, performance-driven work culture
Learning & Development (20%)
- Build and execute leadership development and learning interventions
- Design Sales L&D and capability-building programs
- Identify and nurture high-potential employees and future leaders
- Create measurable training outcomes and leadership pipelines
Labour Law Compliance (5%)
- Review and maintain HR policies aligned with labour laws and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with legal/compliance experts for adherence to statutory guidelines
- Ensure timely communication and implementation of policy updates
Performance Management (5%)
- Design KPI/OKR-linked performance management systems
- Implement bonus and variable pay frameworks aligned with business goals
- Ensure performance evaluation processes are transparent and effective
- Drive smooth adoption across teams and leadership
Required Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
- 10+ years of HR leadership experience
- Prior experience in Insurance, BFSI, Financial Services, or Service Industry preferred
- Hands-on experience with ATS and HRMS tools
