Job Purpose: Factory HR & Admin Head for the Precast unit is to lead HR functions, align with organizational goals, optimize workforce productivity, and enhance operations at individual sites. Implement performance management, develop compensation strategies, oversee workforce planning, and manage HRMS deployment. Ensure compliance and use analytics for strategic decisions.
Talent Acquisition:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for Site.
Manpower Deployment:
Coordinate with project managers to meet manpower needs and ensure employee deployment for the site.
Performance Management System:
Oversee performance reviews and feedback to drive employee development and engagement at the site.
Capability Building:
Assess training needs and design programs to enhance skills and capabilities at the site.
Compliance Management:
Ensure HR practices meet legal requirements through regular audits and process management for the site.
HR Technology Management:
Implement and manage HR technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency at the site.
Brand Positioning:
Uphold Adani's brand values in all interactions and build strong relationships to fortify brand trust and loyalty.
