As an Oracle HCM - Payroll, Core HR Senior Associate, you will engage with clients directly, providing specialized consulting services within our Technology Consulting practice. Your role will involve leveraging your skills in Oracle Human Capital Management to deliver tailored solutions that address complex business needs. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and technical skills while anticipating the needs of your teams and clients.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing complex Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) systems to deliver tailored client solutions
- Managing Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, focusing on Payroll and Core HR modules
- Collaborating with clients to identify business needs and develop strategic human resource planning initiatives
- Utilizing Oracle SQL Developer and Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher for data analysis and reporting
- Leading business process improvement projects to enhance HR operations and employee engagement
- Overseeing Oracle HCM project management tasks, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Implementing change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions in HR processes
- Conducting workforce analytics to inform talent management and succession planning decisions
- Developing and maintaining Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) solutions to support HR functions
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members in Oracle HCM practices and methodologies
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Payroll
- Utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle SQL Developer
- Excelling in Human Resources (HR) Project Management and Transformation
