As an HCM - Absence + Time & Labor, Core HR Senior Associate Operate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Oracle human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives within our Technology Consulting practice.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. You will uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, contributing to the overall strategy and success of the firm.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client requirements to implement Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management
- Utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle SQL Developer for application development and customization
- Managing Oracle Time and Labor and Absence Management modules to streamline workforce management
- Conducting business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and strategic human resource planning
- Leading project management efforts, including project budgeting and workforce planning
- Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines and independence requirements
- Building meaningful client connections and navigating complex situations to deliver quality solutions
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications
- Utilizing Oracle HCM Cloud for workforce transformation projects
- Developing strategies for Human Resources (HR) transformation
- Managing Oracle Time and Labor systems effectively
- Excelling in business process improvement within HR contexts
