Responsibilities

  • 0-1 years’ experience on HR backend operations (in employee life cycle like Recruitment Onboarding, Employee data base management, Performance management, and Learning management)
  • Good knowledge of Hire to Retire processes & applications in the US
  • Should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word and Outlook
  • Should be expert in Excel or should have advance excel knowledge
  • Good Communicational, Interpersonal, Analytical and Problem Solving skills
  • Managing Client deliverables through on-time and quality delivery
  • Daily communications with onsite team
  • Liaising with Local HRBP for query resolution and for data collation for reporting

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any degree
  • 0 to 1 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in a shared service or third-party support Industry preferred.
