Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and end‑to‑end technical delivery on Salesforce Platform.
- Develop scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Platform Events.
- Implement and optimize Experience Cloud portals (customer/partner communities).
- Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, etc.).
- Enable AI capabilities (Einstein, GPT) within business workflows and Experience Cloud.
- Enforce coding standards, design patterns, and CI/CD best practices.
Guide developers, conduct reviews, and ensure high-quality sprint delivery
Responsibilities
Required Skills
- 6–10+ years of Salesforce development/architecture experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, security model, and data architecture.
- Hands-on Experience Cloud implementation (mandatory).
- Knowledge of Salesforce AI (Einstein, GPT) preferred.
- Solid integration experience (APIs, middleware, authentication patterns).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
