Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute Salesforce release cycles, sandbox strategy, and deployment workflows.
- Build, configure, and optimize Gearset CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and validations.
- Maintain Git branching strategy, version control hygiene, and merge processes.
- Perform pre‑deployment impact analysis, resolve metadata conflicts, and ensure deployment quality.
- Monitor pipeline performance, automate regression checks, and ensure compliant release practices.
Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA to ensure smooth, error‑free releases

Qualifications
Required Skills
- 3–7 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps / Release Engineering.
- Hands‑on expertise with Gearset, Git (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Bitbucket), and metadata deployments.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, packaging, and environment architecture.
- Knowledge of CI/CD concepts, automation, and DevOps best practices.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Copado, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools (bonus).
Salesforce Admin or Platform App Builder certifications (added advantage)
