The DGM -HR is responsible for supporting Plant Operations through the systematic and effective implementation of HR strategies, policies, and processes. The role focuses on using people to improve productivity, build high-performing teams, optimize costs, and foster harmonious industrial relations in the factory.

Industrial Relations
Build and maintain trust with Trade Unions and ensure harmonious industrial relations. Conduct monthly Union–Management meetings to align business priorities.
Contract Labour Management
Ensure statutory compliance by contractors including PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, welfare facilities, and statutory filings. Review and monitor the contract labour system.
Manpower Planning & Employee Engagement
Plan manpower as per standard norms and execute an annual Employee Engagement Plan aligned with factory business objectives.
Productivity & Talent Management
Drive productivity improvements through multi-skilling, structured training programs, recruitment, induction, and talent development.
Legal & Statutory Compliance
Ensure full compliance with labour laws, handle Industrial Dispute cases, and represent management during statutory inspections.
Welfare & CSR
Ensure statutory welfare facilities as per the Factories Act, 1948, and support CSR initiatives around the plant location.
Grievance Redressal & Discipline
Ensure timely grievance resolution and maintain discipline in accordance with Standing Orders and statutory provisions.
Manpower Budget & HR Systems
Prepare and monitor HR budgets, ensure timely wage payments, and comply with payroll and HR system guidelines.

Desired Certification: Human Resources Management
Total Experience: 12–20 years
Desirable Experience: 10+ years in HR & IR with plant handling exposure
