- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management including design, coding, testing, and maintenance.
- Experience in debugging and optimizing code for performance and scalability.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to integrate software components effectively.
- Familiarity with database concepts and data modeling relevant to application development.
- Skilled in analyzing client requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
