Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and configuring software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific phases within the product lifecycle. The role requires applying a broad understanding of various technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to effectively support clients, projects, or organizational entities. This position demands adaptability and a proactive approach to ensure that software solutions align with project goals and client needs, fostering continuous improvement and innovation throughout the development cycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications and user guides to support software deployment and maintenance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and configuration management.
- Experience in customizing and extending ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within ServiceNow environments.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
- Knowledge of IT service management principles and best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
